Professeur associé à l’Institut International de Technologie (IIT) de Sfax, en Tunisie. Il a obtenu un doctorat en informatique et production de l’Université Clermont Auvergne. Ses activités de recherche portent sur les problèmes de gestion industrielle tels que l’affectation des ressources, la planification et l’ordonnancement, les aspects humains dans les contextes industriels, etc. Il est également directeur du bureau des relations internationales de l’IIT
